This is the online self-study course for individuals who are looking to obtain their Mortgage Agent Level 2 licence
The CMBA Accredited Private Mortgages Course provides active mortgage agents in Ontario with the knowledge and skills they need to effectively transact with Private Lenders. You must successfully pass the final examination by achieving at least a 70% score out of 50 multiple choice questions. Results will be provided within 3 business days.
An electronic textbook ("eBook") is available for download free of charge once you start the course. The eBook is approximately 90 pages long and includes all exercises, case studies, and appendices.

The final examination for the Private Mortgages Course is available only if you have already completed your review of the course material through the online course or in-class course options. A score of at least 70% on the examination is required to successfully complete the Private Mortgages Course. Results will be provided within 3 business days.
