The CMBA Ontario's Accredited Mortgage Agent Course provides learners with the knowledge and skills they need to become effective mortgage agents holding the Mortgage Agent Level 1 licence. This course is accredited by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA), and adheres to the Mortgage Broker Regulators Council of Canada (MBRCC) accreditation standards.
Textbook is FREE to download! CMBA offers a digital textbook that is easy to navigate with embedded links and the ability to quickly search for content.
Course fee gives you access to: online course content covering 15 chapters, downloadable textbook, final examination online.
Timeline to successfully complete the course is 6-months.
Need more time? Two x 2-month course extensions may be purchased, for up to a maximum of four months.

This is for the final exam for those who are looking to obtain their Mortgage Agent Level 1 licence.
The final examination for the Mortgage Agent Licensing Course is available only if you have already completed your review of the course material through the online course or in-class course options.
A score of at least 60% on the examination is required to successfully complete the Mortgage Agent Licensing Course. Results will be provided within 7 business days. You have 3 days to complete the examination once you open this module.
