Bio: Paul joined the Appraisal Institute of Canada in 2006 and earned his P. App., CRA in 2014. As President of Bona Fide Appraisals Inc. located in Oakville, ON, his practice focuses on the GTA. Leveraging his real estate background allowed a seamless transition into the appraisal space, where his firm excels in a variety of assignments, including single-family residential, vacant land, rural residential properties, and luxury waterfront estates. Additionally, Paul is a seasoned Expert Witness specializing in matrimonial, fraud, and receivership assignments, having provided expert testimony in numerous trials.

Paul's dedication to the appraisal profession is evident through his active involvement with AIC-ONTARIO. He became a board member in 2016 and was elected Provincial President in 2020, demonstrating his leadership and commitment. Throughout the years, Paul has made significant contributions by serving on numerous committees, including the PAC Committee, and actively participating in Queens Park Advocacy Day meetings.

Beyond his professional achievements, Paul is deeply committed to his community. He volunteers with local charities, specifically supporting new families in Canada, reflecting his dedication to making a positive impact both professionally and personally.
